• 1.1 By using Nordglans.net you accept the current terms of use. How Nordglans.net works

• 2.1 Nordglans.net is a free service that puts its users in contact with selected moving companies.

• 2.2 By filling out the form on Nordglans.net, you provide the company with information about your needs. You will then be contacted by up to three moving companies and receive their offers.

• 2.3 Shortly after you have submitted your request via the form, you will receive a confirmation via email from Nordglans.net. This includes, among other things, the names of the selected suppliers who will contact you. Unless otherwise agreed, you will then be contacted by phone, email or text message. The contact is made directly between you and the moving company.

• 2.4 If you want your request to be deleted from the service, please contact info@nordglans.net.

• 2.5 In the event that it is not possible to obtain quotes from three suppliers, this will be clearly stated in the confirmation you receive. For example, if only one supplier can meet your needs, this will be specified.

Use of Nordglans.net

• 3.1 It is not permitted to baselessly claim to have any connection to Nordglans.net or our partners. This applies both in a general context and towards specific recipients. All suppliers who cooperate with us have signed written agreements.

• 3.2 It is not permitted to exploit, or attempt to exploit, non-public parts of Nordglans.net's website or information about other users, for example through hacking.

• 3.3 It is not permitted to use, or attempt to use, Nordglans.net to spread viruses, "Trojan horses", or other malicious code for the purpose of acquiring other users' information or other hidden information.

• 3.4 It is not permitted to negatively affect other users' ability to use Nordglans.net.

• 3.5 It is not permitted to impersonate another natural person, or to falsely represent yourself as an agent of another natural or legal person.

• 3.6 If there is suspicion of use that violates the terms and conditions, for example false or misleading requests, Nordglans.net may block the service for the user in question.

Responsibility and relationship with suppliers

• 4.1 Nordglans.net is only involved in establishing contact between the user and the supplier. Nordglans.net is therefore not involved in the suppliers' formulations of offers or the benefits the suppliers offer.

• 4.2 The affiliated moving companies operate independently of Nordglans.net and we therefore cannot guarantee that the selected suppliers actually contact users with offers.

• 4.3 The use of Nordglans.net is at your own risk. Agreements entered into between users and suppliers, as well as their content, are irrelevant to Nordglans.net. Nordglans.net is not responsible for the implementation, quality or legality of the agreements, or their suitability for the purpose in question. Nordglans.net is also not responsible for delays in agreed delivery times or any losses incurred by the user as a result of the agreement, or errors committed by the supplier. However, Nordglans.net strives to only cooperate with serious and reliable actors. Suppliers who do not comply with agreements entered into or otherwise do not meet the quality requirements of Nordglans.net will be terminated.

• 4.4 Nordglans.net collaborates with selected, independent moving companies. However, we cannot guarantee that the offers are the best or cheapest on the market.

• 4.5 Nordglans.net is not liable for breach of its obligations in the event that the deficiency can be attributed to force majeure. Conditions beyond Nordglans.net's control, which Nordglans.net could not have foreseen at the time of entering into the agreement, are considered force majeure. The disclaimer of liability applies as long as the unforeseen events continue. Examples of force majeure are natural disasters or extreme natural conditions, terror, fire, flood, vandalism, labor disputes, general shortages of goods, currency or import restrictions or outbreaks of an infectious disease to an extent that affects Nordglans.net's ability to fulfill its obligations. This also applies to deficiencies or delays by any subcontractors or others.

• 4.6 Nordglans.net is not responsible for tax or fee effects that may affect users and suppliers when using Nordglans.net. This applies to tax, VAT and/or other fees related to the suppliers' sales and the customer's payment.

Intellectual property rights 

• 5.1 All intellectual property rights related to Nordglans.net and the service's owner, Nettbureau AS, include - but are not limited to - the names "Nordglans.net" and "Nettbureau", trademarks in the form of figurative and word marks, copyright to material on the website, etc. and belong to Nettbureau AS. Use of Nordglans.net does not entitle users or third parties to any form of commercial use of these intellectual property rights.

• 5.2 The use of Nordglans.net also does not grant any license to use third party (including suppliers') intellectual property rights, including - but not limited to - copyright, trademark and design rights. Nordglans.net is not responsible for any unauthorized use of these.

Communication

• 6.1 All communication with Nordglans.net takes place electronically.

• 6.2 When using Nordglans.net, the user will not be subscribed to any newsletter.

• 6.3 If any error can be found in the contact information provided, Nettbureau and its partners have the legal right, based on the previously expressed consent of the customer, to correct the contact information based on publicly available information about the customer.

• 6.4 Nordglans.net uses the review service Lipscore to collect reviews from users. After using Nordglans.net, Lipscore may send an email to the email address you have provided, giving you the opportunity to rate Nordglans.net and write a comment. Leaving a review is completely voluntary and you do not have to reply to the email. If you do not want to be contacted by Lipscore about leaving a review, please contact info@nordglans.net .

• 6.5 If you want your review, rating or comment about Nordglans.net to be deleted from the service, please contact info@nordglans.net .

Privacy and personal data protection 

• 7.1 Use of Nordglans.net is subject to laws and regulations regarding privacy, and Nordglans.net complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• 7.2 Information provided in the form is used to forward the request to relevant moving companies for obtaining offers. In addition, the information may be encrypted and used for important business purposes, including spam and abuse prevention, analysis, targeted marketing on advertising platforms and processing required by law, including obligations under GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@nordglans.net .

Changes

• 8.1 We reserve the right to make changes to the terms of use on Nordglans.net at any time and without notice. Continuing to use Nordglans.net after such changes is considered consent to the changed terms.

• 8.2 The date of the last update of the Terms of Use is stated at the top of this page.

Litigation and disputes

• 9.1 The use of Nordglans.net and all disputes that may arise as a result of this are subject to Swedish law.

• 9.2 Disputes arising from the use of Nordglans.net shall primarily be resolved by direct agreement between the parties. If this is not possible, the dispute may be brought before a court.
